Chemically foamed, firm and lightweight, Bestwood boards have a fine, homogeneous closed-cell structure with a smooth matte finish on both sides:
- Resists: Termite attack, unlike plywood and MDF
- Fire performance: Fire-retardant properties, subject to applicable product specifications
- Lightweight: Closed-cell core, easy to cut, screw and laminate
- Protective: Masking film on every board to prevent transit damage
