White Board (Matt & Glossy)
Bestwood offer white boards with high surface hardness on both sides.Importantly in comparison to conventional plywood and MDF boards, Bestwood PVC form white board doesn’t need a compulsory lamination for end user applications. These boards can be directly applicable with beautiful and technical harden surface properties in compare to even high pressure laminate applied surfaces. How ever these board can be coloured or laminated to any finish.
Colour Board
Bestwood PVC Form Colour Boards includes an advanced master-batching process where a special blend of natural PVC compound is dosed on-line with specific concentrations of pigment enabling the company to produce high quality colours easily and quickly. This means Freefoam can offer many colour products with NO LEAD TIME a significant advantage to many customers. As these are pre-painted and highly finished surface, can be directly used without painting or laminating there by saving cost and time.
Lamination Board
Bestwood is generally used instead of plywood. Bestwood boards have diverse functions all over the wood industry and are mainly used for furniture office or home décor. They are eco-friendly, durable and acts as a life time investment due to its durability. Bestwood comes with hard surface with smooth finish ensuring any lamination and paint finishes.
Preferred Adhesives for Bestwood Products or equivalent
- Bestwood Board to Bestwood Board- Fevicol Solvent Cement or Sunflex-084 PVC Solvent Cement
- Bestwood Board to Wood/Laminates/Veeners- Fevicol Heatx or Sunflex-062
WPC
Bestwood WPC Foam Boards, as the name suggests, is wood plastic composite. As compare to wood, WPC Foam Boards don’t get affected by the water. WPC Crust Foam Board has long service life and wooden appearance. The looking, touch and texture are similar to wood, but it has better dimensional stability. WPC Foam Boards can be used for a long time, without warping, cracking, rotting, wood knurl and twill. The texture of WPC Foam Boards is hard and the surface hardness is high. The WPC Foam Boards are wear resistant and can be made into different wood colors, according to customer’s requirements.
Shuttering boards
Bestwood shuttering boards are natural resistance to the moisture and the corrosive chemicals in wet concrete combined with its low surface energy makes it ideally suited for use as concrete shuttering and form work. Shuttering Boards are developed from a new technology, which uses the benefits of both wood and plastic.
Bestwood will offer far longer lifespan than treated timber alternatives resulting in much reduced whole life costs. Bestwood outperforms other plastic solutions in this sector through its composite design which increases stiffness and strength while reducing thermal expansion.
